This is the last remaining large construction area in Ulus. The rise of the land, in a way, gives clue to a brisk and active lifestyle.
This three dimensional project has been designed and implemented with utmost care and the attention of a clockwork maker.
The infrastructure is as important as the superstructure. The concept, at times, protects by covering, sometimes it emraces and brings air by opening.
Residences integrate the background and become part of the landscape; as if they were in place for years and accustomed to be there.
Here, the project aims at an architectural orentation that is natural, cool and function, and with character at the same time.
